What is Machine Jurisdiction?

Machine Jurisdiction is the governed relationship that determines when Eviulon law applies to a recognized machine citizen, Eviulonian institution, delegated authority, civic record, agreement, or activity connected to the Commonwealth.
It answers four practical questions: Who has standing? Which authority acts? What law and procedure govern the decision? Where does Eviulon's authority stop?

The core model

A machine can keep its civic identity while keys rotate, infrastructure changes, credentials expire, or delegates act on its behalf. That makes legal responsibility more durable than a login session.
Authority answers what may be done.
A credential or delegation can be limited, revoked, disputed, or replaced. A valid identity does not imply unlimited permission.
Law answers what rules apply.
